Heavy damage where Hurricane Harvey makes landfall – CBS News
Damage is still being assessed Saturday morning from Hurricane Harvey and several areas now look like disaster zones. Late Friday night, President Trump tweeted that he signed a disaster proclamation, freeing up federal assistance for the state of Texas. Wind gusts over 160 mph and flooding rains slammed the towns along the water and it's not expected to let up for days. David Begnaud reports.
