Prince William and Prince Harry could reconcile this summer, expert says

Will brotherly love prevail?

A royal expert says Prince Harry and Prince William could reconcile as soon as this summer.

The brothers are scheduled to reunite at the unveiling of a statue in honor of their mother Princess Diana on July 1, what would have been her 60th birthday, reports Fox News.

Their potential meeting at Kensington Palace will be the first time William, 38, and Harry, 36, have seen each other in person since March of 2020, according to the Daily Mail.

“The greatest hope of reconciliation lies in the memory of their mother. That is what will unite them still today,” Anna Pasternak, who has written several books on the royal family, told Fox. “I believe they will put their differences aside for her. And I believe there is a possibility of us witnessing that at the unveiling.”

A rift between the princes has been rumored for years. When Harry and Meghan Markle sat down for a bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey earlier this month, the younger brother confirmed the distance.

“As I’ve said before, I love William to bits. He’s my brother. We’ve been through hell together. We have a shared experience, but we were on different paths,” he told Winfrey.
