The White House is scrambling to contain the fallout after President Trump blamed “both sides” for last weekend's violence in Charlottesville, Virginia. Mr. Trump announced plans to hold one of his campaign-style rallies next week in Arizona, but the mayor of Phoenix is asking him to delay the event in the wake of Charlottesville. Margaret Brennan reports.
